Documents needed for your Wealth/Financial Planning Meeting

1) Proof of your Identity - A current valid passport or driving license showing photographic identification

2) Proof of your residential address – This can take the form of a utility bill (except mobile phone) bank statement or credit card statement and must be dated within the last three months. The document should also show your actual residential address as opposed to a PO Box address. Please contact us before your appointment if you are unable to provide any of these documents and we will provide further guidance on what substitute documents can be accepted

3) Copies of your most recent investment, pension, life insurance statements

4) All of your investment, pension and life insurance policy documents/schedules/certificates

5) Full details of your income from all sources

6) A detailed breakdown of your monthly expenses. You may download our budget planner from our website to assist you in collating this
